Severn & Wye Smokery was founded in 1989 by Richard Cook and is renowned for its much admired smoked salmon and cured fish. Severn & Wye Smokery is situated between these two great salmon rivers on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean.
Severn & Wye Smokery has a very strong environmental policy; we believe that our impact on the environment, wherever possible, should be a positive one. The company has worked hard to try and achieve a zero carbon footprint. We use sustainable sources of wood for smoking, recycle all polystyrene packaging and waste water. No fossil fuels are used onsite and the company embraces green technologies. Severn & Wye Smokery is proud to supply some of the country’s top chefs and food halls.
